Pairing Recommendations

Senshin's balance makes it especially versatile at the table. Light proteins like steamed fish, butter-poached shrimp, and poached chicken work well. Anything with a creamy or subtly sweet profile, too.

Serving Suggestions
  • Enjoy slightly chilled or at room temperature.
  • For best results, serve chilled at 50-59 °F (10-20 °C).

In the glass

Yellow peach and ripe banana up front, with just enough caramel underneath to keep it interesting. The palate is smooth without being simple. There's real depth here, and it builds to a finish where subtle umami settles in and fades slowly.

Junmai Daiginjo

Sake made with Takanenishiki rice is rare for a reason. Polished to 28% and aged to full maturity, it produces a sake as distinctive as the ingredients that go into it.
