Floral & Aromatic

What's in a name?

Before it shapes the flavors of our sake, rice begins as a flower. Each panicle blooms with a subtle, distinctive aroma that's soft and fleeting, easy to miss if you're not paying attention. Riceblossom takes its name from that moment, where the grace and beauty of the natural world quietly set our sake process in motion.
