Caesar Salad Style Cold Pasta

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • Pasta: 100g
  • Salad Leaves: To taste
  • Snap Peas: 5 Pieces
  • Bacon: 40g
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Baguette: 4 slices

Dressing

  • Yogurt: 100g
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard: 1 teaspoon
  • Grated garlic: A little
  • Parmigianno cheese: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: To taste

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the salad. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly and drain well. Cut the cucumber into random pieces.

  2. Step 2

    Cut the baguette into one bite sizes and toast in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until it gets a nice brown color.

  3. Step 3

    Cut the bacon into strips or small pieces and fry until browned.

  4. Step 4

    In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients and mix well.

  5. Step 5

    Boil water in a pot, add 1% salt, and cook the pasta according to the instructions. Drain the pasta, mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and let it cool.

  6. Step 6

    Once the pasta has cooled, mix it with half of the dressing, the vegetables, the toasted baguette, and the bacon.

  7. Step 7

    Serve on a plate and add the remaining dressing to taste. Enjoy!
